Salesforce Service Cloud consultant - Sofia Office

For our office in Sofia we are looking for a Salesforce Service Cloud consultant. As a Service Cloud consultant you help clients in setting up their new Customer Service environment and continously look for and implement improvements.

You are hands-on and you, energetic and a team player. You have a couple of years of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and other Clouds and are ready for a next step.

You want to work with (inter) national clients such as Stichd, Premium Inc. Sapph. And want to be a part of a fast growing team, then we are looking for you.

• Have experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
• Know the ins and outs of Apex
• Have experience with other Salesforce Clouds
• Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus
